Dana Moss

With over 30 years of nursing experience—including 12 years in elder care—Dana Moss is a lifelong Oconee resident dedicated to supporting families through the transition to assisted living. She thrives in small community settings, where she can build intimate relationships and honor each resident's unique life story. Dana is proud to serve Avery Village. She values our genuine care, respect, and deep personal connections.

Midette Owens

With 12 years of experience in senior living, Midette Owens is the Activities Director at Avery Village, where she focuses on building meaningful connections through joy and creativity. She is a South Carolina native who recently moved to Georgia. She is dedicated to fostering a family-oriented atmosphere where laughter is encouraged and every resident feels truly at home.

Roxane Justice

With a nursing career spanning since 1992, Roxane has dedicated her life to providing high-quality, compassionate care. She has spent 28 years serving as a primary nurse in a solo family practice, where she developed a foundational commitment to patient advocacy and longitudinal care. Her clinical background is diverse, including experience in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities. Over the years, nursing has remained her greatest passion, and she has found a particular calling in geriatric care. She deeply values the unique bonds and sense of community that flourish when working closely with residents in a long-term care setting. Roxane comes from a family dedicated to public service; her husband has served as a paramedic for 40 years. Together, they have three children: Ryen, Nicholas, and Mackenzie.
